How do I get my ticket?
Right after checkout your QR ticket appears in your account and you receive an order confirmation by email. Show the QR code at the entrance — that’s it.
Is paying on EventLumo secure?
Yes. Payments are processed on Stripe’s hosted checkout, so your card details go straight to Stripe — EventLumo never sees or stores your card number.
How does festival food pre-order work?
On a festival’s page, open the food stalls, add dishes to your order, pick a pick-up time and pay. When it’s ready, show the QR code at the stall and skip the queue.
Can I get a refund?
Each organizer sets the refund policy for their event, and you can request a refund from your order. Read our refund policy for the details.
What does it cost to host an event?
Getting started is free and the Free plan never expires. Paid tickets carry a small per-ticket service fee (you choose whether buyers pay it or you absorb it); free tickets carry none.
I run a food truck or a stall — can I sell here?
Yes. Sign up as a food or sales vendor, then accept an organizer’s invite or apply for a stand at their festival. Your menu or shop goes live on the event page.
